  January 2020, I revealed my secret to my recovery process after spending a month in a hospital where I was eventually turned away after I could no longer be assisted. I then went on a health journey and committed to myself and my health and completed a 21 day fast. 

I've adopted a lifestyle that I encourage everyone to try.

    The purpose of a 21 day full body detox is to primarily give the digestive system a break. Rest the stomach and all areas that may be inflamed. Eliminate the body of any toxic substances, cleanse the blood on a intracellular level, revitalize the cells, improve and reverse health issues and promote weight loss, while feeling super energetic while creating healthier habits that eventually lead to a plant-based lifestyle.
